We introduced you to YEZZ last month when we gave away one of their unlocked Android phones. Now they are introducing an unlocked Windows Phone 8.1. The Billy 4.7 is a dual-SIM device wrapped in a 7.2mm ultra-slim, light weight aluminum shell.

The Billy 4.7 features a Snapdragon quad-core processor, 13.1 MP camera, 4.7-inch IPS screen with OGS technology, 1280×720 HD resolution, Gorilla® Glass 2, 4G HSPA+ internet experience capable with HSDPA+ 42.2 Mbps data speed. The phone is compatible with all GSM networks and the unlocked Billy 4.7 comes with three interchangeable covers available in red, white and blue.
Aggressively priced at $249, the dual-SIM Billy 4.7 is expected to roll out globally later this month and will be available in June exclusively at Amazon.com.
