Twitter Expands Targeted Ads With Tailored Audiences – Opt Out Required

Back in December of last year, Twitter announced a new program called tailored audiences that was aimed at allowing advertisers to better make use of the massive audience available on Twitter. Now, it is expanding the program to allow advertisers to target users based on email addresses and user IDs.
