Those of you with Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode (AMOLED) displays may eventually suffer from a defect known as “burn-in”. Frequently displayed images — like the lockscreen — can permanently imprint onto the screen. Fortunately, there’s a number of apps and precautionary methods that can mitigate display damage.
