This is the sharpest card in your wallet the Cardsharp4

Iain Sinclair Cardsharp4

I will admit it, I am not the knife aficionado I was once. I used to love knives, all sort of knives and while I still do have the odd or unusual knife around, I have mainly limited myself to the utilitarian variety of knife (Swiss Army type, Leatherman) but I do own a Cardsharp folding credit card knife. While you may have seen a review here by Julie on the Cardsharp, there have been a few newer versions since. The Cardsharp4, Ian Sinclair’s latest version of this folding credit card knife, is out and it is a whole different animal this time. Like the original Cardsharp the newer version is still about the size of a credit card, looks like a credit card and needs to be folded together to be used. The difference with the new Cardsharp4 is the fact that it is all metal. Unlike the previous models where the blade of the Cardsharp was the only metal part, the new one is made with an aluminum frame and a 420 series surgical stainless steel blade. The Cardsharp4 also has a new Zytel safety lock system for improved safety. Measuring 3.370″ long x 2.125″ wide x .086″ thick when in card form and this metal version of the Cardsharp only weighs a mere .846 ounces. If you are a fan of the originals, the Cardsharp4 may be a long-awaited upgrade. The Cardsharp4 is available in a natural and black finish on the Ian Sinclair website for $90.
